City Star tram-car, of 71-911 and 71-911Е model, is a one-sectional four-axial railcar with 100%- low floor on the unique elastic cart.  The railcars are manufactured for cities with  1524 mm and 1435 mm gauge, without changing the body frame design.  The cutting-edge  driving gear was used when developing the railcar. The interior is made of aluminum alloys for the first time in Russia. The railcar is fitted up with the climate control system for the passenger cabin and the driver's compartment. 85% tram is made up of  Russia-manufactured components. City Starwas designed for operation in moderate passenger traffic routes. Such tram is suitable for upgrading the fleet of railcars in Russian cities perfectly.
