The Vityaz 71-931 tram-car was developed with the view to the operation requirements in modern cities:  separate climate control of the passenger cabin and the driver's compartment,  6 wide door apertures that enable quick getting on/off of passengers, broad crowding platforms, 2 folding ramps and 2 seats for wheelchairs with fixation and driver warning systems.  Modern design, spacious and light cabin.
