The Company has two production sites, in St. Petersburg and Tver. Tram carts are assembled and tested, and the manufacturing of aluminum bodies for tram cars will begin in the near future, in Tver site (Tver Mechanical Plant of Electric Transport OP). Nevsky Plant of Electric Transport as the main production site is in charge of railcar assembly, from electric equipment installation to startup. Both plants have free access to motorways and railways.
Sparing production and quality management principles have been introduced at PC TRansport Systems sites; both production sites operate according to European standards, relying on professionalism and precision principles, which enables to make the working process as safe and efficient as possible. The quality directorate inspects all parts: from selection of components before the work start to the shipment details.
The plants' capacities allow to manufacture up to 450 vehicles annually.
